Q - How far in advance do I have to book your services?
- Usually a week or two is sufficient. During busy travel times such as
holidays and summer months, you want to book as far in advance as
possible. It's never too early to book!

Q - I've booked my vacation. Now what?
- Once you book your vacation, I will set up
an appointment to meet you and your pets and pick up a key. I call this a Meet and Greet!
At this meeting you will be asked to fill out paperwork to assure
I know everything that I need to take care of your pets and
home. If you contact my office with your sitting or walking needs in enough advance I will be happy to mail the forms for you to fill out at your leisure.

Q - My cat is pretty self-sufficient. Can you come once or twice a week to refill the food bowl?
- Pet Services by Critters' Place strongly recommends a minimum of one visit every 24 hours. Leaving a cat alone for any longer not only
puts the animal at risk, but makes your sitter worry. Even if your cats are outdoors, I feel they need checking on and a little TLC at least once a day to be happy and safe.

Q - Can my pets come and stay at your home?
- This would be considered a boarding service and I
only provide pet sitting services in your home. I am an In-Home Pet Care Provider. My insurance policy would not cover the risks of boarding at my home.

Q - What if my return is delayed for some reason?
Q - What happens if there is an emergency with my pet or my home while I am gone?
